[atrb=border,0,true] terms to know The Branch of Sin: (Translated roughly to Tsumi no Eda (罪の枝)). Is a powerful ability of blood control that can be used as a weapon and used to form objects. The power first originated from the Nameless Worm carried by the Red Diamond. People who are given the Branch of Sin are commonly known as Deadmen and are detained in the G-Sector of Deadmen Wonderland. Candy: The hard and disgusting medicine that resembles the shape of a normal piece of candy. The medicine is used to temporarily cure the poison injected into inmate’s bodies from their necklaces. Candy is one of the most expensive items you will have to buy costing a large sum of 100,000 GP it must be taken every three days (Stronger prisoners however can last a week at the least). If not taken the body will cease to function and you will die a slow and painful death. Cast Points: The currency used by inmates at Deadmen Wonderland. Usually kept in cards which look very similar to debit cards they pay for everything; food, clothing etc. Generally 1CP = 1¥. Carnival Corpse: (Also referred to as Corpse Carnival or even Carnival of Corpses) is one of the most entertaining games for civilians and those Deadmen that love to fight. Civilians come and bet upon one of two contestants as they brutally battle out so they can escape their punishment. Deadman Wonderland: Deadman Wonderland, often abbreviated to DW, is a privately-run prison in Tokyo that doubles as an amusement park. Deadmen: The Deadmen (translated too Deddoman (デッドマン)) are people who have been given the gift and infected with the Namless Worm, the Nameless Worm gave these few people the abilities to manipulate/ control their own blood. Most of these people receiving their gift during the great Tokyo earthquake which people found fragments of Red Diamond and inhaled it somehow. The Red Diamond is a capsule for the Nameless Worm and so the Nameless Worm gave these hungry people the Branches of Sin. Those that are Deadmen are forced to participate in cruel fighting contests to please the civilians that came to Deadmen Wonderland to have ‘fun’. They are slaves to the director and some desire to be set free while others like their new life as combatants. Dog Race: The dog race show is a money-raising show held at DW. The dog race is nothing more than an obstacle course with the prisoners as contestants. The price for winning is 100,000 CP (the price to buy Candy) and every contestant receives an anpan. The visitors can also place bets at the prisoners. A obstacle course event where the rewards are grand (100,000CP) which is the price of a precious antidote. Be warn though that this is no easy task to complete. Forgeries: ( Translated to Ninben (ニンベン)) are artificially created Deadmen. They are made by the director in order to have a more exciting Carnival Corpse. The typical mask is used to hypnotize the Forgeries in obeying him/her. The Forgeries also obtain a special Branch of Sin mixed with a special poison, called Snake. G Ward: G Ward is a special ward where all the Deadmen are held. It is the core of Deadman Wonderland. This is where all the action starts! Necro Marco: Necro Macro is a robot built in for Deadmen Wonderland. They use it for battling and capturing powerful prisoners, such as the Deadmen.[NPC controlled by staff, this robot is allowed to enter any thread in the G ward.] |
